The Am I Hungry?® mindful eating program was founded by Michelle May, M.D, author of Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat: How to Break Your Eat-Repent-Repeat Cycle. It is an alternative to yo-yo dieting that does not require weighing and measuring food, counting points, or eating pre-packaged meals.

Instead, Mindful Eating empowers you to eat fearlessly, using your natural cues of hunger and fullness to guide you.

8-Week Workshop Series

    You’ll receive the award-winning book, Eat What You Love, Love What You Eat: How to Break Your Eat-Repent-Repeat Cycle, and its Companion Workbook by Michelle May, MD.
  • Eight, 90-Minute Workshops
    Each week, I will guide you in a powerful workshop where we will review in-depth the signature Am I Hungry? strategy for mindful-eating. This will include time for participation by you and other group members, as you feel comfortable, as well as a Q & A session at the end.This workshop will be held in eight consecutive weeks* to create momentum toward making real change in your eating habits and become a more mindful eater.
  • Access to the Am I Hungry? Website Portal
    In addition to the workshop and materials, you will be able to access the Participant Portal. Here you will find additional resources and information, including a Virtual Coach, all designed to help support your progress through the program and becoming a more mindful eater.
